Pixar’s 22 Rules of Storytelling, Illustrated in LEGOs

Earlier this month, we heard from Pixar story artist Emma Coats, with her Rules To Create Appealing Stories. Emma charted out twenty two rules for storytelling, as seen in the Pixar films, that form the basis of great storytelling. These insights form a helpful checklist that offers strong and reliable advice on the various aspects of the creative process – from creating characters to writing, re-writing, simplyfying and editing your own work, and dealing with writer’s block.

Now, these valuable insights have been adopted in a LEGO format: courtesy of Alex Eylar, aka ICanLegoThat, another addition to Reddit’s vast pool of brilliant and ingenious novelty accounts who have entertained us with their creativity for years.
